I really appreciate the calculator. It is very useful for complex calculations. The only thing I found lacking was a print or save option.

Hi, Yes it seems to work well although at first glance seems to be orientated to the borrower rather than the lender...as in my case.

Very nice program, but it does not seem to have any "Save" or "Print" capabilities. Some free online programs at least allow printing.

ARM mortgage calculator - extremely good

This was great. As someone who has had a mortgage for many years, I've been looking for a simple calculator to help to model what making changes in my mortgage payments would make. This is just the ticket! One addition I would make though is to allow a "what if" scenario development. I'd like to see what the effect of making overpayments are on teh TOTAL cost of the mortgage. So for example, if my repayments are "X", what is the saving to me over the lifetime of the mortgage if I make a one off payment of "Y", and / or increae my payments by delta x - what does that save me overall. I'm looking to try to find the cheapest option for best use of my money in these straightened times. But overall - the absolute closest apprach to what I'm looking for yet. Thanks.

Very nice product. And, being free to download made it easier to investigate. It does what I need it to do in helping to make a mortgage financing decision. I recommend this product to any home buyer or refinancer. Well designed application. Easy to use, too!

Fantastic!!!!

Brilliant piece of software. Im currently a final year student studying property and had a 8,000 report to do and a large portion of it was to look at remaining mortgage balances, this software helped me alot and save me time as i didn't have to use excel!!!
